Common questions

Does Pawvlov replace my veterinarian?

No. Pawvlov is a behavioral training aid that runs a published desensitization protocol. If your dog has severe anxiety, please involve your vet or a board-certified veterinary behaviorist in their care plan. Pawvlov is designed to complement that care, running the protocol automatically between appointments and during overnight events.

What treats does it use?

Any soft, small treat your dog already likes. We recommend treats under 1 cm in diameter for Sizes S and M; up to 1.5 cm for Size L. The hopper holds most commercial training treats.

Does it record video?

No footage is stored or transmitted. The camera sends pose-keypoint data, not video, to the on-device classifier. Only behavioral event summaries sync to your app. Your home stays private.

What if my dog doesn't respond?

Behavioral desensitization works for most noise-anxious dogs, but every dog is different. We're starting with a concierge cohort supervised by a board-certified behaviorist specifically to measure real-world outcomes. We won't claim results we haven't measured.

When will it be available?

We're in concept-prototype stage. Phase 1 puts 5 concierge households into a supervised 30-day cohort to validate the protocol in real homes before we commit to tooling. Apply below to be considered for an early-access cohort slot.
